Talented chef and awesome service. We have been in Italy for three weeks and were looking for something creative and they delivered for us and our friends. Beauty on a plate. Lots of discerning palates and the food met all the criteria - including lactose intolerance. We highly recommend Fire Braceria!!
WOW! What an amazing experience we had. We were looking for a good stake restaurant, and this one was the PERFECT option. Not only we had the BEST steak ever, my daughter got the tuna steak, as they also have some sea food options and let me tell you…it’s been the BEST tuna steak we have ever had! At the end we all decided to order all the dessert they had, and they were too good !!! We had to order some more! I wish I was joking about this review. The restaurant doesn’t seem to “look” like a great one because of where is located, but please don’t let this stop you from trying their food! Thank you Gabriel for making our experience one to always remember.
I haven’t enjoyed a meal this much in a long time! The tuna steak? Absolutely phenomenal. Cooked perfectly medium rare, juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. This was no ordinary dish – you can tell the chefs here know exactly what they are doing. the dessert – tiramisu. Divine. No exaggeration: this was the best tiramisu I’ve ever had in Italy – and I’ve tried a lot. Light, creamy, perfectly balanced between sweetness and the bitterness of coffee, topped with just the right amount of cocoa. An unforgettable experience. I already can’t wait to go back!
if i could give them 6 stars I would, we ordered steaks, seafood plates and double desserts as they were that good... Definitely will come back before our trip ends..

Awesome restaurant. After eating pasta and seafood in Italy for days this restaurant was a welcome change. The steaks and sides were cooked to perfection. Aubergine appetizer was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable. Don’t miss a chance to eat here when in Gallipoli.
What an incredible experience! This restaurant, run by two super cool brothers, is a true highlight of the area. Even though it’s still quite new, they impressed us with their warm service and amazing skills. The tuna steak was cooked to perfection – tender and full of flavor. The pasta ragù was simply divine, classic Italian but with a special touch. And then the grand finale: the best tiramisu I’ve ever had! An absolute explosion of taste. On top of that, they made a great effort to translate the menu into English, which we really appreciated. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was spot on.
